Carry out the construction of the Facility within the time limits specified in the
contract.

Build the Facility in full compliance with the terms of the agreement.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Purchase the necessary materials.

To deliver at your own expense to the construction site all the necessary equipment
and construction equipment.

Be responsible to the Customer for improper performance of work under this agreement by the subcontractors involved.

For the period of construction of the Facility, transfer the construction site to the
Contractor within 5 days from the date of signing this agreement.

To pay for the work performed by the Contractor in the amount and in the manner in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.

To ensure the Contractor's unhindered access to the construction site, and if it is
impossible to fulfill this obligation, to reimburse the Contractor for possible
additional costs incurred by him in removing the obstacles.

Not to interfere in the Contractor's operational and economic activities during the performance of this agreement and not to involve the Contractor's workers to
perform any work on the construction site outside the scope of this agreement during its validity.

Accept, in accordance with the terms of this agreement, the result of the work
performed by the Contractor.

To fulfill in full all its obligations stipulated in other articles of this agreement.

If the Customer fails to fulfill all its obligations stipulated in this agreement on time, which will lead to a delay in the Contractor's work, the Contractor has the right to suspend the work and extend the completion period for the appropriate period.
